Two police officers are trying to bring order to the neighbourhood, but everything goes awry. Ineffective controls, ambiguous traffic management, incomprehensible procedures, inadequate working tools... These local clumsy cops are as authoritarian as they are idiotic.
Ambulatory animation, clown and acrobatic physical play.
